Pres. George Bush Take on Seventh-day Adventist Church

I was surfing youtube early this morning, (as I usually do, please don’t tell my boss) and found this video. Personally I don’t like Pres. George Bush but this short video of the President gives us insight about how we are perceived as a church. I like it when he mentioned that “America is a better place because of You.” watch the video.

Sadly our President doesn’t recognize the fact that SDA’s are not in keeping with the standards of Christianity as set out in the bible. Yes, the SDA church has done good but has done much more harm.

haldog,
with due respect to your comment, in what way that the SDA’s are not in keeping with the standards of christianity and in what way does the SDA church do more harm than good? can you elaborate a little more?
@haldog: That’s like judging someone based on all the “bad” things they have done in their life because of sin, and not even acknowledging the “good”. Doesn’t THE BIBLE say in Matthew 7:2-5: “For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Let’s keep that in mind before we are so quick to state our opinions.
“Those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight reign on their tongues deceive themselves, and their religion is worthless.” James 1:26
“Intelligent people think before they speak; what they say is then more persuasive.” Proverbs 16:23 (GNT)
